The private dwelling of Swan House is a Grade 2 listed building, in Blakeney, Gloucestershire. The owner wanted a very high standard of comprehensive repair and renovation of the building, plus some internal alterations.

Apex employed several specialists to conduct in depth reports to ensure that they developed a sensitive approach to the project. Building Archaeologists were able to determine the exact age of the building, with timber specialists dating materials used in the original fabric of the building.
