Part of a Victorian terrace building comprising 7 storeys with accommodation on all floors.

This extension into the adjoining vacant premises allowed for an additional 28 bedrooms and ancillary accommodation over all floor levels.

One of the main considerations was to ensure minimum distruption to existing guests and also very tight project management.

Apex also acted as Party Wall Consultant for their client.
